I know the human body very well and have learned techniques, therapies and secrets to help your body relax and feel great! I combine Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, reflexology and Lomi-Lomi to make an amazing therapeutic deep tissue massage. I have been practicing massage since 2003 after graduating from a 1200 hour Associates Degree of Occupational Studies in Therapeutic Massage at Heritage College here in Kansas City.
For the first several years, I worked directly under several Chiropractors at various health clinics- deepening my understanding of the human physiology. In 2005, I became a Reiki Master and continue to let that energy flow through my practice. Shortly afterwards, I moved to Oahu, Hawaii where I took courses in reflexology, cranial-sacral therapy, Thai and shiatsu massage. From 2008 until 2014, I was employed by a world-class resort and spa- The Sullivan Estate- the first holistic anti-stress centre in the world. It was here that my knowledge in therapeutic treatments exploded! I studied directly under the alchemist, Dr. Jurgen Klein, creator of the Jurlique and JK7 product lines. For six years, I was their dedicated Hot Stone Therapist and was exposed to a wide variety of organic and all natural treatments with products made on site.
I returned to Kansas City in 2014 and attended Nursing School to further my understanding of the human condition. Graduating as an RN in December 2015 has increased my ability to help others with regard to medical conditions, nutritional information, and recommendations for therapy.
